Cucina & Company was designed by architect Roberto Magris of Florence to reflect the comfortable environment and mood of an old-style European kitchen. Chef Daniel Maggio provides a selection of Mediterranean specialty foods.

Dishes include Rotisserie Chicken, Risotto, Beefsteak Burgers on Black Peppercorn Brioche, and Cucina Chopped Salad. Wine and beer are also available. Multi-course Dinners for Two (a bargain at $22.50!) include entrees such as Zarzuela Catalonian Fish Stew and Roasted Salmon with Rösti Potatoes, and are served each week night. Cucina & Co is also available to help you host your next social or corporate reception or dinner.

Born with a passion for food, Daniel Maggio, the chef at Cucina and Company, is a relatively recent addition to Restaurant Associates. Since 2002, he has been moving his way up the culinary ladder. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, Maggio has had a few impressive positions, including tournant at Park Avenue Café and chef de cuisine at the Hudson River Club.

Today, Maggio uses his classic fine dining training to elevate the traditional Mediterranean dishes served at Cucina and Company.
